Our weekenders are the complete Argentine tango experience — a full-board, full-immersion weekend at a 4-star hotel in the heart of the UK Midlands, designed for dancers who want to go deeper.
Whether you dance traditional tango, alternative tango, or both, you’ll find your place here. Each weekender brings together national and international teachers and DJs, a welcoming community of dancers at all levels, and the time and space to truly focus on your dancing.

Tango Immersion
This is where the weekender earns its name. With at least 9 workshops spread across the weekend — taught by hand-picked national and international teachers — you’ll cover more ground in two days than most dancers cover in months of weekly classes.
Workshops are designed to complement each other, build progressively, and leave you with skills you can immediately apply in the milongas that follow each session.
Our musical programme is curated with the same care. DJs are selected for their technical skill, musical depth, and ability to read a room — creating the atmosphere that makes tango feel alive.

Their high-quality sprung dance floors provide the perfect balance of smoothness and comfort — ideal for long evenings of social dancing and workshops alike. Whether you’re gliding through elegant tango walks or enjoying energetic late-night tandas, the floor beneath your feet makes all the difference.

Hotel Rooms & Accommodation
Choose from single, twin, or double rooms — all included as part of your full-board package. Hotel rooms are booked directly through us and form part of your weekender booking. All rooms are Crowne Plaza rooms with full hotel amenities.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to come with a partner?
No partner required. Most dancers come solo and find partners for the workshops and milongas naturally. The format is designed for both singles and couples.
What level do I need to be?
Our weekenders are best suited to dancers with some prior tango experience — at least a beginner course or equivalent. If you’re not sure whether you’re ready, contact us and we’ll advise honestly.
What’s included in the price?
Full-board accommodation (Friday dinner through Sunday lunch), all workshops, all milongas, and use of hotel leisure facilities. Travel is not included.
Is there a dress code?
In short no
Casual for workshops;
tango dress code for milongas. There’s no strict enforcement, but we encourage dancers to embrace the tradition of dressing for the dance.
Can I attend without staying at the hotel?Day workshops = no. The workshops and meals are exclusively for weekender residents
Evening milonga passes may be available depending on the event.

Yes — each weekender features both styles and once a year , blues also, running simultaneously in separate rooms. You’re free to move between them throughout the weekend.
